Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Iridium Group. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

PLEASE NOTE: We are currently experiencing high volume orders. Current fulfillment times are averaging 3-7 days. In all cases, the shipping price you pay reflects the carrier's transit time, not our fulfillment time to get your order on its way. We appreciate your patience and understanding on this. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

International Shipping - You the customer acknowledge that most orders placed on The Iridium Group originate from Canada, and may experience longer than usual transit times. You further acknowledge that ordering from The Iridium Group may result in customs fees and you agree to accept the package(s) containing your order and remit to your local customs authorities all fees, penalties, etc. that may occur as a result by your election to order products listed for sale on The Iridium Group.

Customs - You the customer agree that it is unreasonable for The Iridium Group to know important and customs policies for countries other than Canada, and you represent by placing an order on www.iridiumsolutions.ca that you understand your country's policies on receiving goods from Canada, and are prepared to complete the import process, including accepting the package and paying any applicable customs fees associated with your order. You also acknowledge that The Iridium Group will not create fraudulent import papers on behalf of customers to assist them in avoiding any import fees they may be responsible for.


FULFILLMENT TIMES

Upon completed checkout, orders are automatically submitted for fulfillment in real time. Fulfillment partners do not apply to order of stocked items.

In most cases once orders are submitted to our fulfillment partners they cannot be cancelled or modified. For more information, read the Cancellations section of our Return and Refund policy.


TRANSIT TIMES

Once orders have shipped, transit times vary by your location, and the origination location of the items you order. Most Canada orders are delivered within 3-14 business days. Most orders shipped outside Canada are delivered within 14 to 28 business days. In some rare circumstances orders may take longer to arrive.

Many stocking items ship the same day or by the following business day. As we source and offer unique products from all over the world, processing time for some items can be from 1 to 5 business days.


TRACKING

Virtually all orders are shipped with tracking included. Exceptions may include that your delivery location does not support end-to-end tracking through our available carrier options.

This does not mean the item is not in transit.

It means the local postal service from the country of origin has not updated global tracking records yet.

Once your order tracking activates, you will see all earlier records, and new records will update daily.

INSURANCE & LOST/DAMAGED PACKAGES

Orders placed on this site will include basic insurance offered by the carrier (eg: with Canada Post that is $100). Additional coverage is the responsibility of you, the purchaser. We are unable to modify this coverage after the package has received a tracking number, so please contact us by email at info@iridiumsolutions.ca prior to placing your order if you wish to request additional insurance or use alternate carriers, and we will create a custom quote for you.

Once your order leaves our facility The Iridium Group is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
