Order Returns/Refund Policy:

 

Don't love your product? We've got your back - with a few caveats. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee with refund or store credit on any unused/unopened items. Customer has to pay the return label. Simply return your products to us within 30 days of placing your order. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For exchanges, customer is responsible in most cases for the shipping of BOTH items. Please email info@iridiumsolutions.ca to initiate the return process.

Note: You may return most new, unopened items, with tags within 30 days of delivery for a refund. PPE, face masks, medical products, body armour, Custom Orders and perishables are final sale. Thyrosafe in particular is final sale. Please call or email us before you place your order if you have any questions - we want to help you avoid a return. In the event that a return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we'll also pay the return shipping costs.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

 

Order Cancellations:

 

Customers are able to cancel their order 24 hours from placing it, and prior to receiving shipping notification for a full refund no questions asked. Please email info@iridiumsolutions.ca to cancel within the time period.
